Editorial Policy

How EWalletCasino reviews are researched, written, fact-checked, updated, and corrected.

Trust is built on transparent editorial process, not just on test results. This page documents how we work.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made by editors, not by the commercial team. Operators do not see drafts before publication. Operators cannot pay for placement, ranking position, or specific phrasing. Our affiliate disclosure covers commercial relationships in detail.

Sourcing

Every numerical claim on this site comes from one of three sources:

  1. First-party testing — our own deposit/withdrawal experiments, screenshotted and dated.
  2. Operator-published data — bonus terms, game counts, license details. We verify these against the operator’s live site at the time of review.
  3. Third-party authoritative sources — license registers (Curaçao GCB, PAGCOR), payment-provider documentation, regulatory bodies.

Anonymous user reviews, marketing copy, and undated forum claims are not used as sources.

Update cadence

Reviews carry a visible “Last Updated” date. We re-verify every published review at least quarterly. Bonus terms, license status, and payment-method support are checked against the operator’s live site at every update.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected promptly and noted at the top of the affected page with the original claim, the correction, and the date. Trivial typo fixes are made silently.

Fact-checking process

Every review is reviewed by a second editor before publication. The reviewing editor independently verifies at least the rating breakdown, bonus terms, and license details against the operator’s live site.

AI use disclosure

We use large-language-model assistance for first-draft outlining, grammar editing, and translation between English and Bahasa Malaysia. All factual claims, scores, and recommendations are produced and verified by human editors. No review on this site is AI-generated.

Conflicts of interest

Editors disclose any personal stake in the operators being reviewed (e.g. former employee, family connection). The conflicting editor is recused from that review.
